Terms of Use

By using WaterBoy you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

Personal use

WaterBoy is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. Please don't copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law or interferes with other people's use of it.

Not medical advice

WaterBoy is a friendly reminder, not a medical device — talk to a doctor about your hydration needs. Goals and reminders in the app are general suggestions and are not tailored to your health, medication, or activity.

No warranty

The app is provided as is. We work to keep reminders reliable, but we can't promise the app will always be available, error-free, or that a notification will arrive at an exact moment. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that results from using the app, and we don't guarantee results from following its suggestions.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms as WaterBoy changes. When we do, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app means you accept the current terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of the State of Florida, United States.
